A warm welcome to our IDG Hub evenings at Klustret – a recurring event for those of us who want to explore, grow and learn together. Here we meet beyond performance and titles, in a spirit of curiosity, generosity and community.
We share experiences, exercises and methods, test ideas, learn and reflect together.
As a hub, we also create external events together, where we invite more people to explore inner leadership. In this way, our joint work in the circle creates ripples – we learn together and share it with others.
Our vision for the hub is that it should be a place where we practise living the IDG:s framwork Inner Development guide – not just talking about it. A place where we warmly and courageously support each other's development and allow learning to become a natural part of everyday life.
